This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Best GPL (www.bestgpl.in). By making a purchase, you agree to this policy.
1. Digital Products – No General Refunds
All products sold on Best GPL are digital and downloadable in nature. Once a product is delivered, it is considered used and non-returnable.
Therefore, refunds are generally not offered.
2. Limited Refund Eligibility (48 Hours Only)
A refund request may be considered only under the following conditions:
- The product does not match the description provided on the product page, OR
- The product is completely unusable as described
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the original purchase time.
Any request submitted after 48 hours will be automatically rejected, without exception.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Lack of technical knowledge or experience
- Incompatibility with themes, plugins, servers, or hosting environments
- Failure to read the product description or requirements
- Issues caused by third-party software or services
- Updates not being available
- Products purchased by mistake
4. Proof & Verification
- We reserve the right to request proof, including screenshots or error details, before processing any refund request.
- If sufficient proof is not provided, the refund request may be denied.
5. Abuse & Fraud Prevention
- Chargeback attempts without contacting support first may result in permanent account suspension.
- Repeated refund requests or abusive behavior will result in loss of refund eligibility.
6. Processing Time
- Approved refunds, if any, will be processed using the original payment method.
- Processing time depends on the payment gateway and may take several business days.
